Day 10

Ok, so today is technically day 10 of my journey, so i'm just going to start here. Along with eating mass amounts of food- at least it feels like a lot compared to what I was eating- I take a multivitamin every day and drink at least 2 bottles of water.

Breakfast: 2 waffles w/ 1 tbl margarine, 1/4 cup syrup, 1 cup milk
Lunch: 1 8in flour tortilla, 1/4 cup ground beef w/ chipotle seasoning, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup refried beans, 4 tsp mild sauce
Snacks: 1 med banana, 2 cups frosted wheat cereal, 20 oz Dr Pepper
Dinner: Chicken breast, mashed potatoes, 2 crescent rolls, 1 cup milk

Saturated Fat: 34.5/8
Cholesterol: 245/300

Total Carbs: 342/317
Fiber: 18/25
Sugars: 140/64
Protein: 84.5/127

Did pretty good today! As always, saturated fat, sodium, and sugar were high. Still working out the kinks of this diet...hard to find a good balance :(
