Daily Calorie/Nutrition Goals.

Okay, so these are the suggested caloric/nutrition values for my goal of gaining approx. 2 lbs a week...

Calories: 2,540
Calories from fat: 762g
Total Fat: 85g
Saturated Fat: 8g
Cholesterol: 300mg
Sodium: 2,400mg
Potassium: 3,000mg
Total Carbohydrates: 317g
Fiber: 25g
Sugars: 64g
Protein: 127g

*There are also numerous vitamins and yada yada's that I also need but I don't feel it is really necessary to calculate all that- definitely not enough time :)
